My path into this work wasn't a straight line, and I think that's what makes it interesting. I studied philosophy in undergrad and spent a few semesters working as a writing tutor on campus, then later earned a master's in business analytics. I currently work full time as a data analyst at a capital management firm, and KM Content is where I get to bring all of those threads together.
The tutoring work taught me something I use every day now: the ability to sit with what someone actually means and help them put it into words other people will understand. Good social content isn't about sounding clever. It's about communicating something real in a way that reaches people, and that's the part of this job I find most interesting.
The analytics side keeps the work honest. I pay close attention to what the numbers are saying, adjust when something isn't landing, and build plans with a real rationale behind them. Not just a vibe.
Outside of client work, I'm the kind of person who studies how brands talk to people, what's shifting on each platform, and the difference between content that feels forced and content that feels true. It's hard to turn off, honestly.
I tend to work with founders and small businesses across real estate, home services, wellness, lifestyle, food, and professional services. Usually people who know they have something worth sharing but aren't sure how to frame it online. I like the problem-solving part of that as much as the creative part.
